HOW TO APPLY

Application Submission Requirements

  1. Complete the required forms:
    • Application Form (Appendix 1)
    • Monetary Offer Submission Form (Appendix 2)
  2. Include the required documents:
    • Deposit: 10% of the bid price via banker’s guarantee.
    • For Individuals: Copy of the Tax Registration Number (TRN) Card, Letter, or Slip.
    • For Companies:
      • A valid/current Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
      • A valid (unexpired) Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
    • Identification: Certified copy of a valid (unexpired) Government of Jamaica-issued photo ID.
    • Evidence of Financial Standing (confirming sufficient liquidity to support the offer). Examples include, but are not limited to:
      • Mortgage pre-approval letter
      • Bank guarantee
      • Bank statement
      • Letter of Intent from a reputable financial institution
  3. Complete and enclose:
    • Financial Disclosure Form (Appendix 3)
    • Disclosure and Certification Form (Appendix 4)
    • Declaration of Conflict of Interest (Appendix 5)
